Splash into Summer 2013 Kick-off!

splashintosummer400shiny_2013 Who’s ready to dive in? Splash into Summer 2013 is here, and Bonnie and I are super excited to be kicking it off today!

It’s been a while since I last hosted a blog event, and I’m really happy to be doing so again with a blogger whose reviews and posts I love reading. Between the two of us, we’ll be bringing all kinds of posts about mermaids, selkies, sirens and other mysterious sea dwellers to your reading list over the next two weeks.

For the curious divers, a peek at all the posts that will be going up over the next few days~

July 7: Discovering the Myth of the Mermaid

July 8: Review: Tides by Betsy Cornwell

July 9: Mermaids in Asia

July 10: Mermaid by Carolyn Turgeon

July 11: Mermaids and Seduction

July 12: Review: Of Triton by Anna Banks

July 13: Mermaid Fandom

July 14: Life of the Ama

July 15: Review: Teeth by Hannah Moskowitz

July 16: Guest post!

July 17: Review: The Twice Lost by Sarah Porter

July 18: My Favourite Mermaid Books–A Retrospective

July 19: Review: Savage Blue by Zoraida Cordova

July 20: Wrap-up!

I’ll also be giving away a copy of one of the books featured in my retrospective to two lucky winners at the end of the event! Comment on any post, and you’re eligible for the giveaway–but of course, the more times you swim on over to the blog, the more chances you have at winning.

And don’t forget to link up any underwater-related posts you do over the next few days! We’re so excited to be doing this event, and we can’t wait to share our love of mermaids with all of you!
